Villa Ada Kördere offers its guests an uninterrupted view of the sea and the islands. Our villa has a contemporary design and has 2 jacuzzis. The pool terrace of our villa is sheltered and not visible from the outside. Our villa, has a magnificent viewing terrace and it opens its doors to a unique holiday to its guests. Our 3-bedroom villa can accommodate up to 6 people. Due to the location of our summer villa, it offers a wonderful view for you to watch the sunset in the evening. Our villa includes a billiards table and table tennis.

Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: Includes a double bed, an air conditioner, nightstand, wardrobe, jacuzzi, bathroom and toilet.

2nd Bedroom: Includes 2 single beds, an air conditioner, bedside table, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

3rd Bedroom: Includes 2 single beds, an air conditioner, bedside table, wardrobe, bathroom and toilet.

Living Room: The living room includes a sofa set, TV, air conditioner, coffee table. Access to the pool terrace is possible.

Kitchen: Our American kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, dining table, dinnerware, cutlery, pots and pans and glasses.

Pool: Includes a jacuzzi in the pool. The pool terrace is sheltered. The pool terrace has table tennis and a billiards table.

Garden: The garden includes a private swimming pool, jacuzzi, sun loungers, parasol, garden dining table.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
