Villa Almon is located in the Kalkan Patara area and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for a total of 4 people. Our villa has a sea view and has been specially designed, combining the wonderful stone and wooden design. Our villa, which is suitable for conservative families, is one of the sheltered villa options. Our villa, which is suitable for both families and honeymooners, has everything you need, including a stylish design jacuzzi in the double room. Our villa also provides summer and winter vacation possibilities, and a heated pool has been added. Our pool, located behind our villa, is accessible from the bedroom terrace, and there is a barbecue, tables, and chairs on the pool terrace in the front garden. With its large pool and wonderful stone architecture, our customized villa has provided its customers with an unforgettable holiday with its beautiful nature and sea view. At the same time, our villa overlooks the famous Patara beach and ancient cities on the one hand, and provides a spectacular sunset view in the evenings on the other. Villa Almon is ready to welcome its guests.

Note: Please keep in mind that the last 5 kilometers of the road leading to our villa are a stabilized (earth) road. For rentals of less than 6 nights, a cleaning fee of 600 TL is charged.

Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: A double bed, air conditioning, a jacuzzi, a wardrobe, a vanity table, a bathroom, and a sink.

2nd Bedroom: Two single beds, air conditioning, a wardrobe, a vanity table, bedside tables, a bathroom, and a sink are provided.

Kitchen: Our villa's large American kitchen will make you feel at home in your own kitchen. It includes air conditioning, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a washing machine, a microwave oven, a toaster, a kettle, an oven, a 4-cooker set, a large dining table for 6 people, pans, pots, and other kitchen items. We provide you with the opportunity to work with kitchen tools.

Living Room: A spacious living room with a stylish sitting group, air conditioning, television, internet, satellite, armchair, and coffee table awaits you in Villa Almon's living room. There is a door leading to the pool terrace.

Pool: Our villa's pool is sheltered so that it cannot be seen from the outside, providing you with a peaceful and pleasant pool experience. Private, conservative swimming pool

Garden: Our villa's garden features a private swimming pool, a table for six people, a sitting area, and a parasol for sunbathing.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
