Our rental summer villa is located in the Kalkan Kiziltas area. It has 5 bedrooms and can accommodate 10 people. The villa, which has a sea view with the view of the islands of Kalkan, is very close to the center of Ayala. Each room of our ultra-luxury villa has a TV, and the suite bedrooms have a double jacuzzi. The unique and beautiful view of Kalkan can be seen from this villa, which has a private swimming pool and a pool deck that is spacious and airy. There is a lawn area for families with children. The villa has a hammam, sauna, and underfloor heating system to help your family and loved ones relieve all of their exhaustion and enjoy a comfortable villa holiday. There are also table tennis, swings, and petanque for fun times.

Note: The pool heating system of the villa can be opened for the service of our guests for a weekly fee of £400.

Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: Includes a double comfort bed, air conditioning, a jacuzzi, a bedside table, an LCD TV, and a bathroom with a WC.

2nd Bedroom: A double comfort bed, air conditioning, a jacuzzi bedside table, an LCD TV, a bathroom-WC, and a balcony are provided.

3rd Bedroom: There are two single comfort beds, a jacuzzi, a bedside table, an air conditioner, an LCD TV, a bathroom with a toilet, and a balcony.

4th Bedroom: A double bed, LCD TV, jacuzzi, bedside table, air conditioner, and bathroom-WC are provided.

5th Bedroom: A double comfort bed, air conditioning, a make-up table, and a bathroom with a WC are provided.

Kitchen: Villa Ayala has a modern American kitchen. Microwave oven, dishwasher, built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in 4-burner stove, electric kettle, toaster, pot and pan set, dinner set for 10 people, spoon and fork set, and glasses are all available in the kitchen. There is a pool pass available.

Living Room: Includes an air conditioner, a satellite receiver, a TV, a sitting group, and a washbasin. The living room is located on the pool deck. Another large viewing terrace is available on the top floor for relaxing and sunbathing. There is a sitting group, a table, and a chair in this area.

Pool & Garden: In the garden, there is a pool, a dining table, a sitting area with a pergola and chairs, a barbecue, sun loungers, and parasols. The attendant maintains the pool on a daily basis. Table tennis, table football, and swing are available.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
