The lounge area is very big, comfortable an ideal space for entertaining. The lounge has a relaxing area perfect after a long day in the sun. Living room has a sitting group, lcd television, dvd player, music system, laundry room, free internet, air conditioning, nest of table and wc. You can go to pool from living room.

Kitchen

The kitchen area is a stylish modern hihg class American  style modern space. It hosts a dishwasher, washing machine, dinner table, fridge, kettle, oven and hob and all the utensils required for you self catering stay.

Garden and Pool

The pool area is with private pool and big pool terrace. The garden has a patio area with garden furniture provided. plus sun loungers, table and chairs, garden dinner table, barbecue and parasols. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
