Our vacation rental villa is in Uzumlu, Kalkan. Our traditional villa is a luxurious honeymoon villa where you can spend quality time alone with your loved one in the natural environment. The town of Kalkan is about 15-20 minutes away from Villa Gunes. It's impossible not to be fascinated while watching the sunset from our summer cottage. We are delighted to welcome you to our tasteful one-bedroom villa with a jacuzzi.

Bedroom

Bedroom: Our double honeymoon suite room includes a jacuzzi, a double bed, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, nightstand a bathroom and sink.

Living Room: The living room has a direct exit to the pool terrace and includes am LCD television, satellite receiver, modem, sitting group, a dining table and chairs.

Kitchen: The American kitchen includes all the necessary utensils such as a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, 4-burner stove, oven, microwave oven, toaster, electric kettle, oven and cutlery. Pots and pans are fully available.

Pool & Garden: Our garden is completely sheltered and is not visible from the outside. The garden area includes sun loungers, parasols, a sitting group and table football on the pool terrace of our villa. There also is a jacuzzi in the pool. A barbeque area is available in the garden.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property
