Villa Kalamar 4 is an impressive choice for a stay in Kalkan, offering luxurious accommodation for up to 8 guests in the sought after Kalamar Bay area. This 4 bedroom property benefits from extensive grounds featuring a large infinity pool with an integrated jacuzzi, open and covered dining and lounge areas and a beach club style bathing platform area with direct sea access, affording great views across the Turquoise Coast. The property is part of a 3 villa development which share a beach club style split level sunbathing platform area by the shore. Each property has its own designated platform with ample sun loungers. There are shared steps that go down into the sea. 

Note : The pool of the villa can be heated if requested. Pool heating fee is extra 350 GBP weekly.

The modern open plan fully eqipped kitchen includes appliances such as fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, oven, hob, microvawe, toaster, dining table and all the other utensils required for self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

Pool terrace includes a private swimming pool with an integrated jacuzzi, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, al fresco dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
