Cool, modern and spacious, the stylishly furnished living room is deluxe and contemporary, perfect for relaxing in the cool air conditioning. Thoughtfully kitted out for leisurely entertaining this room is equipped with an L-shape seating group, LCD television, complimentary Wi-Fi, DVD player, air conditioning, and coffee table. Step out from the open plan living space via the large sliding doors connecting directly to the exterior dining space and pool terrace.

Kitchen

The sleek open-plan kitchen is suitable for a large party and features an indoor dining table that looks out over the pool and garden area. The modern appliances supplied in the kitchen include a dishwasher, kettle, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, water cooler, oven and hob, and all the utensils required for a self-catering holiday.

Terrace, Garden & Pool

The expansive, split-level terrace features a large private pool with Roman steps for easy entry. Combined with the main swimming pool is an outdoor Jacuzzi with sunken seating and a children’s splash pool one level below, accessed via the spacious green lawn. If you enjoy the alfresco lifestyle, you will be in your element at Villa Lion as a pergola shades a sweeping outside dining space with a convenient kitchenette combined with the private BBQ area. Ample sun loungers, an outdoor seating group, table tennis tables, and parasols are provided for use on the main terrace. A second outdoor space is crowning the villa off the top floor bedrooms, a sizeable roof terrace with seating area and sun loungers, and exquisite views of Kalkan’s azure sea. The pool attendant completes the daily cleaning of the pool and garden area.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £ 250  which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
