The upscale interior displays the height of contemporary design. On the ground floor is a generous and lavish living area which comprises a living room and ultra-modern kitchen. This kitchen has both an indoor dining area and a breakfast bar so that you can dine inside or outside at your leisure. On the upper floor, three double en suite bedrooms are fitted with wall-mounted TV’s and bespoke en suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have furnished balconies where you can sip your morning coffee while gazing at the glorious views. Thr property also features a private garage and water reserve tank.

Living Room: The luxurious living room is sleek and contemporary, connecting to the outside space via large sliding doors. This room is furnished with air conditioning, a satellite receiver, a wall-mounted TV, a seating group and a coffee table.

Kitchen: The American kitchen combines the lounge in a large open-plan room and features an indoor dining area and a breakfast bar with stools. Facilities and furnishings in the kitchen include a microwave oven, dishwasher, built-in oven, refrigerator, washing machine, built-in 4-burner stove, electric kettle, toaster, dinnerware for six people, cutlery and glasses. The kitchen is located on the pool floor, with views of the pool and terrace.

Pool & Terrace: A spacious terrace and lawn centred by a large infinity pool are at the ground floor level. Surrounding the pool is a large patio with comfortable sun loungers and an outdoor seating area. To the rear of the terrace is a large alfresco dining area and outdoor seating space. Terrace and pool maintenance is completed daily by the attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
