Villa Mega is located in the Kördere area of Kalkan. Our villa has 5 bedrooms and an accommodation capacity of 10 people. Located in the most beautiful and most popular spot of Kalkan, our villa has a unique sea view and a private infinity pool surrounded by a large pool terrace. Villa Mega is designed for large families and the pool section is sheltered. Each room has a sea view. Our villa has underfloor heating, a Turkish bath, sauna, jacuzzi and game room (Air Hockey, Billiards, Table Tennis, Football).

Note : The last 500-600 m road of the villa consists of a steep slope.

Note: There is an underfloor heating system in our villa and you can benefit from it for  100 £ per week. There is a security camera and alarm system in our villa.

Bedrooms

1st  Bedroom: The suite room includes 2 single beds, air conditioning, make-up table, bedside table and wardrobe, bathroom and toilet. The entrance is on the floor.

2nd  Bedroom: The suite includes a double bed, make-up table, air conditioner, nightstand and wardrobe. Also includes a bathroom and toilet. The entrance is on the floor.

3rd Bedroom: The suite room includes a double bed, make-up table, air conditioning, bedside table and wardrobe. Also includes a bathroom and toilet. The entrance is on the floor.

4th Bedroom: Includes 2 single beds, make-up table, air conditioner, bedside table and wardrobe in the suite room. Also includes a bathroom and toilet.

5th Bedroom: The suite room includes a double bed, TV, make-up table, bedside table and wardrobe. Also includes a bathroom and toilet. The terrace is on the floor.

Living Room: The living room includes a sitting group, plasma TV, satellite receiver, dining table, air conditioner, iron and ironing board. It is comfortably designed with a sea view. There also is an exit to the pool from the living room.

Kitchen: The modern American kitchen includes a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, toaster, 4-burner stove, electric kettle, dinnerware and kitchen utensils, and a high chair.

Terrace Floor: Includes a jacuzzi room (open-closed system), a sauna room and a Turkish bath.

Pool & Garden: Has a lovely sea view, sunbathing area, private pool, 10-person table and chairs, 10 sun loungers and sun umbrellas.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
