Villa Porto is in Kalkan’s Kisla district and has an attractive exterior and interior design. It has 3 bedrooms to sleep up to 6 guests in real luxury villas in Kalkan. Both double bedrooms have private jacuzzis so you can relax after a long summer day. Our villa has stunning sea and island views and features a large private pool terrace as well as a private platform above the sea. Bedroom

1st Bedroom : The large double bedroom has air conditioning, jacuzzi, bedside table, armchair, wardrobe, bathroom and sink. It is on the second floor and has a sea view.

2nd Bedroom: The double bedroom has a spacious suite with air conditioning, jacuzzi, bedside table, armchair, wardrobe, bathroom and sink. It is on the second floor and has a sea view.

3. Bedroom: In the room with two single beds, there is air conditioning, bedside table, armchair, wardrobe, bathroom and sink. It is located on the pool floor.

Kitchen: In Villa Porto kitchen, which has been designed with modern touches, you can easily access all kitchen tools and utensils such as refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, dinnerware.

Living Room: In the living room of our villa where comfort is kept at the highest level, there are facilities such as TV, air conditioning, coffee table. There is also a direct exit from the lounge to the pool terrace.

Pool Dimensions: Our pool in Villa Porto has a width of 8 meters X 3.5 meters, a normal pool of 8 meters X 3 meters and a depth of 1.40 - 1.80 meters

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
