Our villa is located in Kalkan centrum and close the  sea, with 5 bedrooms up to sleep 10 guests modern summer rent villa. Our villa has a infinity pool that end of the day you can enjoy sunset with relaxing. The lounge area is an ideal space for entertaining and very big&comfortable. The lounge has a relaxing area perfect after a long day in the sun. Living room has a sitting group, television, dinner table for 10 people, free internet, air conditioning, dvd, nest of tableand wc.

Kitchen

The kitchen area is a stylish American style modern space. It hosts a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge, vacuum cleaner, oven and hob and all the utensils required for you self catering stay.

Garden and Pool

The pool area has private pool and garden, kids pool,jacuzzi.  The garden has a patio area with garden furniture provided. plus sun loungers, sitting group, dinner table for 8 people, hommock, barbecue and umbrellas. Attendant is cleaning pool and garden area everyday.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
