Villa Vip is a newly built, fully enclosed villa located in the Sar?belen area of Kalkan. With its comfortable and luxurious interior design, our villa, which was completed in June 2022, is ideal for conservative families thanks to its fully enclosed pool and many entertainment options such as a heated indoor pool, sauna, steam room, and more. Villa Vip, where you can have a pleasant holiday, is now available to our valued guests.As entertainment options in our villa, we have table tennis, foosball, swings, slides, trampolines, and a children's play area. There is also a treadmill and a speed bike for sports enthusiasts. Additionally, there is a fireplace in the living room.For guests...

As entertainment options in our villa, we have table tennis, foosball, swings, slides, trampolines, and a children's play area. There is also a treadmill and a speed bike for sports enthusiasts. Additionally, there is a fireplace in the living room.

For guests who want pool heating, an extra fee of 35 pound per day is required.

NOTE: There are 2 bicycles in our villa to explore the beauties of the Sar?belen village.

Bedrooms

Living Room: The living room has a seating area, TV, air conditioning, and a coffee table. You can also access the pool terrace.

Kitchen: The modern American kitchen has a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, dining table, dining sets, cutlery sets, pots and pans, and glasses.

Pool: There is a jacuzzi in the pool. The pool terrace is fully enclosed. There is also a table tennis and billiards table on the pool terrace.

Children's pool dimensions: 2 x 2 m, depth 30 cm.

Heated indoor pool dimensions: 8 x 4 m, depth 1.65 cm. The indoor pool also has a jacuzzi feature.

Garden and Pool

The pool area is with private pool and private garden. The garden has a patio area with garden furniture provided. plus sun loungers, sitting group, dinner table, barbecue and umbrellas. Attendant is cleaning pool and garden area everyday.

Cleaning and maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean and is cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc., our staff can provide them at an additional cost.

Deposit A deposit of 100 Pounds is taken upon entry to the villa. If there are no problems such as damage, breakage, or loss, the deposit will be refunded to the guests 10 minutes before they leave the villa/apartment after the villa/apartment is checked by our staff.
