Villa Zoe is a 3 bedroom luxury concept villa in Kalkan. Our villa, which has a spectacular sea view is located near the center of Kalkan. By private car, our villa with a sea view is 5-6 minutes from Kalkan center. Our villa has a salt water infinity pool. In addition, there is a jacuzzi in the pool. The pool is surrounded by an electric awning and is one of our more conservative options. The curtains in our villa are controlled by a system, and there are dressing rooms in two of the bedrooms. Our villa also has a laundry room.

Bedrooms

1st Bedroom: A double bed, a vanity table, an air conditioner, a wardrobe, bedside tables, and an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi.

2nd Bedroom: A double bed, a make-up table, an air conditioner, a wardrobe, bedside tables, and an en-suite bathroom.

3rd Bedroom: A double bed, a make-up table, air conditioning, a wardrobe, bedside tables, and an en-suite bathroom. The third bedroom is located outside (next to) our villa's entrance door and has no sea view.

Living Room: The living room features a luxury sofa set, plasma television, satellite receiver, air conditioner, and dining table.

Kitchen: Our kitchen includes a refrigerator, washing machine, dishwasher, built-in oven, built-in 4-burner stove, toaster, microwave oven, kettle (kettle), dinnerware for 8 people, and kitchen utensils.

Pool Dimensions: 9 m in length. 4 m in width There is a 150 cm deep infinity pool with a sea view.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £350 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
